overlooking the swimming pool and beyond to the sparkling blue water
of the Pacific Ocean. With a seating capacity of 150 there is plenty
of room to choose between dining inside in the air conditioning
or eating alfresco on the terrace.

Horizons Restaurant and Bar offers:

• A la carte dinner menu between 6.00pm and 10.00pm with buffet
menus available during NSW school holidays
• “Food Express” menu available between 11.00am and
10.00pm daily (Takeaway menu that can be delivered anywhere in the
hotel for a small fee or collected from Horizons Restaurant)
• Opal Cove kids club menu
• Live Entertainment Friday and Saturday Nights in peak periods
• Happy hour daily

The Resort offers room service between 7.00am and 10.00pm or a takeaway menu between the same hours that can be collected from Horizons Restaurant.
During school holidays swim up to the pool bar for a refreshing drink or light snack.
Coffs Harbour and the surrounding area offers a multitude of dining options from funky beach cafes to elegant fine dining overlooking the water. There are many specialities using fresh local produce with seafood being a favourite.
