The voucher can be redeemed for Accommodation in an Oceanside or Resortside Room. It can also be redeemed for a stay in a 2 or 3 bedroom Villa or 4 bedroom luxury apartment.
Terms and Conditions:
- Non-refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of refund.
- Non-transferrable: Gift vouchers are non-transferrable and can only be used by the recipient named on the voucher.
- Convertibility: Gift vouchers for accommodation can be converted to equivalent credit for food and beverage services within the same establishment, subject to availability and terms. Similarly, food and beverage vouchers can be converted to equivalent credit for accommodation services, subject to availability and terms.
- Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for the specified period mentioned on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be honored.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued or replaced. Please treat vouchers like cash.
- Booking: Accommodation and dining services must be booked in advance, and the voucher must be presented upon arrival.
- Usage: The total value of the voucher must be utilized in a single transaction. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the voucher.
- Additional Charges: Any additional charges beyond the voucher value must be paid for separately at the time of service.
- Alteration Rights: The issuer reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of voucher usage at any time without prior notice.
